Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) begins Saturday, June 20. This evidence-based 8-week, evidence-based, experiential program blends ancient contemplative practice with modern medicine, building deep mindfulness skills for everyday life — and greater emotional resilience. Held in partnership with the University of Minnesota Earl Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing, All Saints members can enter the promo code ASLC at checkout to attend at no cost.
This program will be held at All Saints Lutheran Church in Eagan, MN. Sessions will run weekly on Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m. from June 20 – August 29, with a day-long retreat on Saturday, August 15. There will be no session on July 4.
