Tai Chi Easy taught by Instructors: Tricia Griffith and Kristie Van Frost. The Tai Chi Easy™ methods are designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages. This includes those who may be dealing with disease, chronic pain and health conditions, limited mobility and balance issues, deficient immune systems, anxiety and/or depression. It uses slow and gentle movement without strain to strengthen the body’s own healing forces, and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress. It may be done while either sitting or standing. You will be guided through the “Four Baskets of Practice”: Body Posture and Movement, Breath work, Self-Applied Massage and Meditation. This program is straightforward, highly adaptable and results in empowerment in self-care and self-management skills … and its FUN!
