Spring Yoga

Spring Yoga – The next 6 week session of gentle relaxation yoga will be held March 1- April 19 (No class March 8 and March 29) in the multipurpose room from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The cost of this session will be $50.00.  Yoga is a wonderful practice that reduces stress, improves strength and flexibility, and promotes overall w-being. The class is open to both men and women of varying fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.  To register, contact Karen DeBaun at karemyogam@gmail.com
