New Year Yoga

The new year yoga session will be held Thursdays, January 9-February 27 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. This 7 week session will be $70.00. As a New Year Resolution, try this gentle relaxation yoga to relax and destress. Wear warm comfortable layers. Bring a yoga mat or towel. All ages are invited.
